WaveCAST Hearing System at Our Parish

Helping You Hear Mass Clearly

Our parish is excited to offer the WaveCAST Hearing System, a new way for those who are hard of hearing connect directly to our sound system using their own smartphone and hearing aids or headphones.



WaveCAST sends the sound from Mass straight to your device over a special Wi‑Fi connection, so you can hear clearly and without delay.

Step 1: Download the WaveCAST App

(Do This at Home)

We recommend downloading the app before coming to church.

• On iPhone or iPad: Open the App Store and search for WaveCAST
• On Android: Open the Google Play Store and search for WaveCAST
• (see the side panel to download app)

Install the app on your device.

Step 2: Connect to the Church Wi‑Fi

When you arrive at church:

1. Open Settings on your phone
2. Tap Wi‑Fi
3. Select this network:

Network Name: HFC_Production
Password: HFCprod!@22

Note: This Wi‑Fi is only for audio. It may not connect to the internet.

Step 3: Open the WaveCAST App

1. Open the WaveCAST App
2. You will see a list of available channels
3. Tap the channel for Mass

A blue checkmark means you are connected.

If a lock icon appears, ask an usher or staff member for the access code.

Step 4: Listen to the Audio

Once connected, the sound should play automatically.

You can listen using:

• Wired headphones
• Bluetooth headphones
• Bluetooth-enabled hearing aids

Use the volume buttons on your phone or the slider in the app to adjust volume.

Tips for Best Experience

• Arrive a few minutes early to connect before Mass
• Bring fully charged devices
• Make sure your hearing aids are in Bluetooth mode
