Holy Family is blessed with so many wonderful liturgical ministers; extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion, lectors, commentators, ushers and servers. The contribution of every parishioner is so important to the sustaining of our community.
Holy Family is implementing a scheduling program called Ministry Scheduler Pro (MSP) in January. As part of that process we are working on updating our active weekend ministry lists. Every minister whom we are aware of has been sent several MSP emails requesting profile updates such as email, address and cell phone numbers. As well as scheduling preferences and dates of days you will not be available.
If you are an active weekend minister and have not received these emails, please email Karen Staudt at staudt@holyfamilystow.org or Grace Durbin at durbin@holyfamilystow.org. Karen and Grace will be our ongoing primary staff contact members.
We recognize that MSP is a change for Holy Family Parish and that the first month may be a little bumpy. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work to “personalize” it to the needs of our community.
