Liturgical Ministries at Holy Family

Holy Family is blessed with so many wonderful liturgical ministers including extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion, lectors, commentators, ushers, and servers. The contribution of every parishioner is vital to sustaining our community.

Holy Family uses Ministry Scheduler Pro (MSP) to organize and schedule our weekend liturgical ministers. This system helps ensure that all ministries are covered and that schedules reflect each minister’s availability and preferences.

If you are an active weekend minister and need to update your contact information, scheduling preferences, or availability, please email Karen Staudt at staudt@holyfamilystow.org or Grace Durbin at durbin@holyfamilystow.org. Karen and Grace continue to serve as our primary staff contacts for MSP and liturgical scheduling.

We are grateful for everyone’s ongoing support and cooperation as we continue using MSP to serve our parish community smoothly and efficiently.

ALL EXTRAORDINARY MINISTERS OF HOLY COMMUNION SHOULD SIGN IN 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF MASS.
