March Mission Madness
A parish wide mission to be the hands and feet of Christ by helping communities in North Carolina rebuild and recover.
The Mission
March Mission Madness is back for a second year, and we are blessed to once again invite our parish to dedicate the entire month of March to serving those in need. After witnessing tremendous fruits and blessings during last year’s mission, we hope to continue building this as an annual parish mission rooted in faith, service, and community.
At the heart of March Mission Madness is our call to be the hands and feet of Christ. We are sent not only to rebuild homes, but to bring hope, dignity, and Christ’s light into places of devastation, allowing our own hearts to be transformed along the way.

2026 March Mission Madness
This year, we will again partner with Spokes of Hope, an organization coordinating long term recovery efforts in North Carolina. Our teams will focus on helping families rebuild residential homes in the Bat Cave and Gerton communities, areas still deeply impacted and in need of continued support.
To meet the growing needs of these communities, we are hoping to welcome more than double the number of volunteers who served last year. Men and women of the parish are encouraged to participate, and youth ages 12 to 18 are also welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Together, as families and individuals, we can make an even greater impact.
Each week, one of our parish priests, including Fr. Rosing, will accompany the group and celebrate daily Mass, grounding our work in prayer and the sacraments.
Volunteer Information
We Need Your Help!
We are still in need of volunteers. This is an opportunity to step into a week rooted in purpose, faith, and meaningful service while working side by side with fellow parishioners.
Work opportunities are available for all skill levels and may include yard work, landscaping, painting, cleaning, and debris removal. Skilled volunteers such as electricians, carpenters, plumbers, and general handymen are especially welcomed and greatly needed.
Once we have a clearer count of volunteers, an information night will be held at the parish to introduce teams and review work details, travel plans, and logistics.
