Holy Family Facility Event Setup Request Form

Welcome! This form is for anyone planning to use designated parish meeting areas for meetings, gatherings, parties, large events, or retreats. To help us properly schedule and prepare for your event, please complete and submit this form.


In the past, separate forms were used for the Lower Church Hall, the Fr. Szabo Parish Center, and general facility setup requests. This form combines all of those into one streamlined process, making it easier for you to request space and for our staff to coordinate your event.


Important: To help us properly schedule and prepare for all events, large gatherings, whether hosted by parishioners or outside groups, require approval from a member of the pastoral staff before submitting a request or publicizing the event. This process ensures that events are well coordinated and our parish resources are used effectively.
