What is EXODUS 90?

Exodus 90 is a 90-day spiritual exercise for men based on (1) prayer, (2) asceticism (self-denial), and (3) fraternity. For 90 days, you will journey with a band of brothers into a life of greater freedom through the life Christ calls you to: a life of sacrificial love for others. When does EXODUS 90 begin?

At Holy Family, fraternities will begin Exodus 90 on January 1, 2024, and it will end on March 31st, Easter Sunday. 

If you are unable to join at this time, please know that Exodus 90 can begin whenever enough men (usually 5-7 men) are available to start a fraternity. It is beneficial to start 90 days before a major feast day (Christmas, Easter, Corpus Christi, Assumption, etc.). At Holy family, we hope to regularly form new fraternities, and we encourage you to be part of this community. We will pray for you as you discern your commitment to participating in Exodus 90. It will change your life, give you the freedom you've longed for, and show you the way of sacrificial love!
