As a Eucharist-centered movement within the Roman Catholic Church, Life Teen leads teenagers and their families into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church. With the Blessed Virgin Mary as our intercessor and guide, Life Teen seeks to unleash the fullness of the Sacramental power present with the young Church.
Teens from all high schools are invited to attend our weekly gatherings following the 11:30 a.m. Sunday Mass. Come down to the Life Teen Lounge (a.k.a. rooms 3/4 in the Lower Church Hall) from 12:30-2:00 p.m. to enjoy food and community and to grow in relationship with Jesus Christ.
Our theme for 2017-2018 is "Heart of God." How does God give us His heart? What does it mean for us to have hearts that chase after God? We will strive to be like King David: "[God] raised up David as their king; of him he testified, 'I have found David, son of Jesse, a man after my own heart; he will carry out my every wish." (Acts 13:22)
New this year: Eucharistic Holy Hour for Vocations. All high school teens are invited to adore Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament every 3rd Sunday of the month, beginning Sunday, Sept. 17, 2017. Come down to the Life Teen Lounge (a.k.a. rooms 3/4) at 12:30 p.m. for refreshments, and at 1:00 p.m. we will go up to the church for Eucharistic Adoration.
